POETS ON A FLOOR

Keeping a stiff upper lip.

Dressing in black.

Now is the time for us to dance our Graduation Waltz.

Keeping a stiff upper lip.

Dressing in white.

Here is the place for us to dance our Graduation Waltz.

Keeping a stiff upper lip.

Dressing in black.

Nothing can rob us of our Graduation Waltz.

Keeping a stiff upper lip.

Dressing in white.

Nobody can rob us of our Graduation Waltz.

*Because my friend showed me the video with some comments like this:
“Graduation Waltz eleventh grade of a school that no longer exists
School 134 in Kharkiv was destroyed by the invaders, but the graduates decided to dance their waltz against the background of the ruins.
With love for Ukraine in my heart and hatred for orcs.”
So, I wrote this poem.
About 6 hours later, I’ll watch the performances in Japan by the Kyiv Ballet company, also known as the National Ballet of Ukraine.

**My friend shows you this poem also on the Ukrainian website for their children and others!
